Aloha Coleslaw

"The very best slaw I ever had...sweet and crunchy! You can also substitute pineapple tidbits or chunks of fresh pineapple, if you wish."

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 medium head green cabbage, rinsed and very thinly sliced
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the cabbage, carrot, pineapple, mayonnaise and salt and let chill for at least an hour before serving.
