Wow! All I can say is really, really good! If you get it to the right temperatures, it breaks into chunks of nutty goodness. Definitely a keeper!

If this is too sticky, you didn't let it cook to the correct temperature (hard-crack stage). This recipe is the perfect portions of buttery/salty/sweet as brittle should be. Every time I make this recipe it's gone quickly and people request more. SO simple to make too - don't be afraid to make it because it's "candy" and seems difficult. You literally cook and stir until your thermometer reads the correct temperature then pour it onto a pan to cool. How hard is that?! Try it... you won't be disappointed!

this recipes though sounds great was TOO STICKY to even get off the waxed paper let a lone eat! sorry

I found this a little bland for my tastes. I think next time I make it I will add some dried pineapple or tropical frut to the mix to make it just a touch sweeter.
