As-is, the recipe is not very good. The turkey flavor overwhelms the other flavors, and tastes out of place. I made it again but marinated the raw turkey in sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger for 30 minutes first (any Asian flavor marinade should be fine), and it was much better the next time.

Good flavour and not difficult to make. I think next time I will add some red bell pepper to make it prettier, and possibly reduce the broth to 3/4 cup or leave out the water, as there seemed to be too much liquid. Careful not to overcooke the vegetables, they need less time than the recipe calls for to end up crisp tender. Thanks!

This recipe is a family favorite. I usually substitute chicken tenderloins for the turkey though.
