This is the best parmesan-crusted fish i have ever had. My boyfriend agrees. I added some dried basil and garlic powder to it.

This was nice, a bit salty for my hubby. I did use garlic butter instead and heated in the microwave instead of the oven. I also used 3 shallots instead of a small onion and fresh dill. Very easy and quick to make.

Loved it! I just changed a couple of things though. I used olive oil instead of butter and added fresh basil along with the parsley. Yummy.

Absolutely delicious! Everyone who has tried this dish has asked me for the recipe. And I love making it, it is so easy! I do take all the ingredients as guidelines. I use alot more cheese and mayo. Thanks!!!

This was a great receipe for Haddock, I wish I'd doubled it though. I didn't have flaked almonds but added ground almonds 5 minutes before end of cooking time. Served with baked potatoes and salad.

I doubled this recipe and it tasted awesome!!! Has great flavor. It is an excellent alternative to frying. Here in Hawaii we constantly get fish from our friends who like to go fishing and I was getting tired of having it until this recipe came along. Thanks so much!!
