I loved this salad. I couldn't find honey roasted almonds so I made my own, using the method someone posted below. The whole salad was delicious, I'll absolutely be making it again. It's so simple, I didn't expect it to be as flavourful as it is.

This recipe was a great hit! I didn't change a thing. I was a bit skeptical on the dressing, but it made the salad. I will definitely use is again.

I thought this salad looked beautiful but I really wasn't a fan of the dressing. Sorry.

We loved this. I used pecans and threw it together in five minutes and it was a light and flavorful addition to our meal. Try it with Bessy's Zesty Grilled Chicken from this site (we like it better baked). Yummy!

Simple, but delicious! Plus the presentation, with the dark green spinach highlighted with the red of the strawberries, is beautiful.

This was such a hit a a summer picnic and soooo easy! A blender didn't work for me, (the honey sat below the blades,) but a wisk did no problem. I will definitely make it again!

This salad was so good! I did not have the honey-roasted almonds, so I toasted almonds with some sugar instead. They caramelized and were very tasty. My husband does not like strawberries or salads with dressing, but he loved this one! Its a keeper.

Very good. I used romaine lettuce because that was all I had. We gobbled it up. This will be a repeater in my house.

Delicious, healthy and so easy! Made with plain slivered almonds I had on hand (toasted them first) and I also tossed in some chopped shallots, as originally I was going to saute the spinach. I think I might have to make this one again tonight!

Very good recipe! Thank you Renae for sharing this one. The only problem I had was finding roasted honey alonds so I made my own. I could only find sliced natural almonds. I put one cup in a bowl and mixed them with 2 tablespoons of honey, then lined a cookie sheet with foil and sprayed it with Pam. I carefully sprinkled them on the sprayed cookie sheet and roasted them at 400F watching them until they began to brown for only a few mins, then I moved them around so I could get most of the moisture out and browned them evenly. It can be a little wet when you take them out because they will candy more when they cool. Also, you can seperate the ones that stick together when they cool. So don't sweat it if you can't find roasted honey nuts you can make your own.

This was good, easy and fast. I recommend it. I do think I will toast the almonds next time but other than that to give it a nuttier flavor but even the picky eaters in my house at this.
