Haven't tried this yet recipe yet but am wondering if it would help to use a food processor or blender to mix the almond extract with the other ingredients. Has anyone tried this? Any success?

I guess I could make this in a pinch if I was out of my flavored creamer, but as scotdog commented, incorporating the almond extract into the dry ingredients poses a bit of a challenge. The end result was not something I'd share with anyone; the almond extract winds up clumping.

This was good & very easy. The only problem I had was trying to get "wet" almond extract to blend in with the "dry" ingredients. Thanks!
