I hate to be the first voice of dissent, but I found this marinade to be average at best, and certainly neither "amazing" nor "fantastic." In fact, were it not for the fact that I recognized right away that 1 tsp. of salt in addition to 3/4 c. soy sauce would have made this "amazingly" salty, I would have probably only rated this as a 1-star recipe. I reduced the salt by more than half and it was still too salty, tasted too much of soy sauce, and nearly obliterated the taste of the shrimp and steak skewers I used this for. Hubby and I both agreed we would have much preferred them simply grilled without this marinade.

Great marinade! I love this marinade not only because of the fantastic flavor - but because it uses ingredients I always have on hand. I was cooking pork tenderloin tonight and only had abou 20 minutes to marinate it. I found this recipe and eyeballed the measurments and it was great! I used dijon mustard instead - this is very versatile! Will go in the favorite recipe folder! Thanks!

Really good! I did not have ground mustard so used a squirt of Dijon instead. Also added some red pepper flakes.
