Easy, peesy, lemon squeezy. This bruschetta is a party for the tongue and it's easy on the feet (easily and quickly made = less time cooking + more time enjoying). Try some Italian vinaigrette for an extra kick. Definite Must for any occasion, formal or casual.

You could make this a five by adding some garlic!

Good and easy but needs a little more zing to it. Will use it again and experiment a little.

Very delicious, disappeared quickly off the table. Would suggest broiling the bread prior to adding the topping in addition to broiling it with the topping. The bread was too chewy and would have tasted better if it was crunchier.

Loved this. I also added a little garlic and also toasted the bread first. Will make again for sure!

Very good -- I think it needs a little more parmesan -- just my taste though. If you can find Pepperidge Farm Texas Toast (frozen slices & excellent) it is even more simplified. The toast has the oil & garlic and toasts up beautifully.

This was great. I had to use diced can tomato's but I rinced them well first. I also substituted the fresh with dried herbs, so I cut the oregono and basil down about half. Once the bottom of the bread was brown I broiled the top some. Turned out very nice. Will make again!

This dish was extremely short of amazing. It tasted like onions and that's it. Even the guests that liked onions didn't care for it. I will never make this dish again!

REALLY yummy Bruschetta and the perfect appetizer for an Italian themed dinner. I lightly buttered the tops of each slice of Italian Bread and then put the tomatoe mixture on top plus the parmesan and then popped it in the oven...perfect!
