Fantastic! Half of the flour I used was whole wheat for added fiber, and I accidentally doubled the blueberries to four cups. Really moist and sweet. Loved them. I'll make them exactly the same way next time.

These muffins are Awesome! They are crispy on top and moist in the middle. The best muffins that I have ever made!

Read more into the reviews after I already made them. They did not "rise" at all. Fell pretty much flat to the top of the liners. The flavor was pretty good, but I had awesome blueberries. Maybe a little too much blueberries. The flour coating does not need that 1/4 cup...just a light dusting. I will try another.

fast, easy and delish! Made these for a play date for moms and kids. they were gone quickly. I was looking for something quick with common ingredients and this fit the bill. Much better than the boxed muffins. I thought they had a great taste and were plenty sweet as written. I made no changes. will make again.

These are the perfect intersection of taste and health. They are low in calories and fat and have a nice, light texture and a nice sweetness. I don't understand some of the negative ratings at all. Give them a try!

Pros: easy to make, tasty, good texture. Cons: a bit too sweet. Next time I'll sub in some whole wheat flour and ground flax, and see if I can't reduce the sugar as well.

Simple, kids loved them, and that's my rating meter. It was fun to make something that didn't come in a box in almost the same amount of time. Love this site for that. Except I made 12 muffins with it. Making 24 was like eating one bite of a sandwich. But that's just household preference.

I enjoyed these muffins. I only gave 4 stars because I made a few changes and that may have cause the issue. I used frozen blueberries, soy milk and butter. I let the blueberries thaw a bit before I coated them in the flour. I also left the muffins in the oven for a few minutes over the suggested time. But all in all they were good. I will make these again and increase the amounts so I could really end up with 24 normal size muffins instead of the 15 normal and 9 "mini" ones

Fantastic recipe! I just made these last night but made a few adjustments. I reduced the sugar to 1 1/4 cups and then changed 2 cups all purpose flour to 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1/4 cup freshly ground flax seed. I also added 1/4 cup of raspberries. My husband and I couldn't stop eating these when they came out of the oven!

They didn't rise real well, but I expected that. The texture was good, but they were a little too sweet for my taste. I'll keep looking for "the perfect blueberry muffin" recipe.
