Made this for my family tonight. Made as written except added sun dried tomatoes. We loved it.

My boyfriend liked this one... and I liked it even though I omitted the cheese on my chicken breast (I'm lactose intolerant). Good recipe- I will make this again.

This is a fantastic recipe. It tastes just like the one served at Outback. I made my own honey mustard dressing. Yum!

This was delicious. I seared the chicken breast then baked instead of broiled. Added sauted onions to the mushrooms. Used Honey Mustard II dressing recipe from this site as others suggested. Was very very good. Will definately make again. Boyfriend loved it and said to give 5 stars.

Made this for my bf and a dinner guest and it was a huge hit! The chicken looks odd coming out of the marinade, which caused us all to give each other leery looks, but the flavor was perfect. We grilled them rather than broil them and used a Mexi-blend cheese since it's what I had on hand. I also used the Honey Mustard Dressing II from this site and it was wonderful.

So wasy and so good. I used to work for the steakhouse that served this and this is as close as you can get to it in my opinion. I served it with Honey mustard II recipe from here and it was delicous!

This way ok, nothing great though. If I was to make this again I think I'd just leave off the bacon and cheese, and just make the mushrooms into a sauce with the dressing and serve like that.

Tasty and very easy. You can lighten the fat content without sacrificing much flavor by using just 1 ounce of cheese per breast, just 1 slice of bacon per breast and by using a "light" honey-mustard dressing (I like Ken's Lite). Also, I find it easier to keep the cheese on the chicken by using sliced rather than shredded.

Fantastic. I used the honey mustard II from this site. I woke up at 2 am and ate the last piece cold. It was still good.

This was a great recipe. Over the chicken, I put one layer of cheese, bacon, mushrooms, then topped with another layer of cheese, then stuck it in the oven at 375 for 30 minutes. Great with rice, too. Very filling! Thanks!!

Tastes just like the OUtback version. For the honey mustard saud I combined 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup of light corn syrup, 1/4 cup mayo and 1/2 of Dijon mustard. Served with herb roasted potato's (found in freezer section). It was awesome!

This is just like "Alice Springs Chicken" from Outback Steakhouse. And if you want to make it like the restaurant, the mushrooms and bacon both go underneath the cheese under the broiler... not the mushrooms on top and garnish it with parsley.
