I live with a 'meat & potato'-type man and these potatoes were a welcomed change from the ordinary baked potato. I also fried four slices of bacon and crumbled on top along with some fresh chopped chives. Delicious!

These were tasty but almost more work than theyre worth. I made them like twice bake potatoes and baked them rather than in the microwave

This is a very good twice baked potato. I also used the homemade alfredo sauce which was AMAZING (though a little too oily - next time I'll use half the butter) I used fresh minced garlic, but I think it could use a little more. Also, I like a bit more cheese. I think I'll put freshly grated Parmesan on it too. Try it out!

LOVED this recipe! However, after I restuffed my skins I just baked them for about 7 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven so that they would firm up better & get that crispy texture on the edges.

My family did not like this. I thought the alfredo sauce gave the potatoes a strange taste.

I don't like the texture and skins of microwaved taters, so I zapped them in the mic for about 8 minutes then finished them off in the oven (about 10 mins @ 425 degrees). The Alfredo/garlic/cheese combo was absolutely amazing! I just wish I'd used oregano or an Italian herb blend instead of thyme. Oh well, I'll know for next time. Thanks!

These are pretty good. They have a different texture from the alfredo sauce. I couldn't get the "shells" to stay together after scooping the potato out. I think the shells might have stayed together better if the potatoes were baked. Instead I just mashed everything together and baked at 350 in a small baking dish for about 10 min and then added the cheese and baked under the broiler for another 5 min. I thought there was too much garlic powder here, and I love garlic! With a few tweeks I will definately be making again! Thanks!

This was yummy and easy. I made the "quick alfredo sauce" from AR. It reheats well (butter doesn't separate). I added some leftover grilled chicken too for an all in one meal of leftovers.

I was on a time budget so I made the filling and filled the potatoes before hand. When it was almost time for dinner I put them in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes! turned out perfect

There is a little to much garlic powder in these. But I will definatly make it again. A very nice twist on regular twice baked potatoes.

THIS WAS GREAT. I ADDED CRUMBLED BACON TO THE TOP WITH THE CHEESE. ALSO, I BAKED THEM INSTEAD OF MICROWAVING. I'M SURE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE BY THE RECIPE, THOUGH.

this was okay. i've never made twice baked potatoes in the microwave before and they fell apart so next time i'm going to try it in the oven. i only made one potato, and although i cut the ingredients in half my potato must've been small because there was too much extra stuff so next time i'm going to adjust the ingredients according to the size of my potato!

Followed recipe exactly. I doubled the recipe so I would have some to freeze if we liked it - well we loved it and I'm not freezing them since we want it again tonite. For those of you who haven't made stuffed potatoes of any kind - these do freeze very well.
