Delicious salmon recipe. My 2 year old even ate it. I used a 3lb fillet(from Cosco) and it was all gone. I did add a sprinkle of Parm and broiled.

Everyone enjoyed it! I especially liked the nuts on the top - they added a sweetness to the topping. Don't use too many breadcrumbs though ~ it will increase the cooking time, like I found out. I will definitely make this again!

We loved this recipe! It is quick and easy, but it looks like it took hours to make! It is nearly impossible to find pecans here, so I used grated almonds instead, and it worked great. Thanks for a new favourite!

Not that good, my husband and I thought it was way too sweet. Maybe, try it with less honey and mustard.

This was tremendously easy, but doesn't fail to impress whomever I am cooking it for. I used a little less honey and used more parsley, but this is a no-fail dish.

I had this dish in a restaurant before and it was really good, so when I saw this recipe I decided to make it myself. I added only 1/4 cup of bread crumbs and extra pecans. I bought pecan chips and put in the food processor only for a little bit, so I had some pieces very fine and some bigger pieces. It turned out very good, next time I will add even less bread crumbs.

Skipped salt, pepper and lemon wedges... otherwise prepared exactly as directions stated... YUM! I usually try to keep food simple, but this recipe was super-easy to prepare and was simply delicious. My husband and I both loved it.

This is an outstanding recipe. My young kids (4, 6,and 8yrs old), LOVED this! It was so easy to make! Perfect for a Sunday night dinner when your busy with activities all day. F.Y.I., I had to sub the salmon for talapia because that's all we had, and it was fabulous!

Excellent! I didnt have bread crumbs, so I substituted french fried onions, added a bit of garlic to the marinade and a bit of rosemary to the topping, and didn't have pecans...but had walnuts. Even with these changes and substites it was the best homemade salmon we have ever had. I can't wait to try again when I actually have pecans!

We loved it! Made 6 servings of sauce and toppings accidentally, so we piled on the breadcrumb mixture. Was great, very juicy. I really liked the mustard flavor, and the slightly sweet taste went great with the salmon flavor. Substituted cilantro for parsley.

This was so delicious!!! Next time though, I'll make some extra honey/mustard mix and drizzle it over the finished salmon. :)

The idea seemed interedting but in the end it didn't work for me. I've had crusted Salmon in restaurants before but the effect was much always much lighter and flavourful. For this recipe I found the overall taste rather flat, uncomplimentry to the Salmon and very heavy in a bad way. Am thinking it might be cook on chicken though....

This was a nice change for dinner. I used a large filet of salmon from Costco and used the advice of marinating the fish in the mustard sauce for and hour. I used half Dijon and half spicy brown mustard. and I used lots of pecans for the topping.

Very good. My husband really enjoyed this and he doesn't usually like fish, but said I should have this recipe and make it again. The topping adds a great flavor to the fish. I followed the recipe pretty closely but added a little more honey than it said, which I would cut back on next time. Served with fresh Sour Dough bread and asparagus.

i forgot to add that i also marinated prior to cooking (1hr) and used 3tsp honey instead of 5 tsp. less sweet this way.
