This is an outstanding recipe. My young kids (4, 6,and 8yrs old), LOVED this! It was so easy to make! Perfect for a Sunday night dinner when your busy with activities all day. F.Y.I., I had to sub the salmon for talapia because that's all we had, and it was fabulous!

Excellent! I didnt have bread crumbs, so I substituted french fried onions, added a bit of garlic to the marinade and a bit of rosemary to the topping, and didn't have pecans...but had walnuts. Even with these changes and substites it was the best homemade salmon we have ever had. I can't wait to try again when I actually have pecans!

We loved it! Made 6 servings of sauce and toppings accidentally, so we piled on the breadcrumb mixture. Was great, very juicy. I really liked the mustard flavor, and the slightly sweet taste went great with the salmon flavor. Substituted cilantro for parsley.

This was so delicious!!! Next time though, I'll make some extra honey/mustard mix and drizzle it over the finished salmon. :)

The idea seemed interedting but in the end it didn't work for me. I've had crusted Salmon in restaurants before but the effect was much always much lighter and flavourful. For this recipe I found the overall taste rather flat, uncomplimentry to the Salmon and very heavy in a bad way. Am thinking it might be cook on chicken though....

This was a nice change for dinner. I used a large filet of salmon from Costco and used the advice of marinating the fish in the mustard sauce for and hour. I used half Dijon and half spicy brown mustard. and I used lots of pecans for the topping.

Very good. My husband really enjoyed this and he doesn't usually like fish, but said I should have this recipe and make it again. The topping adds a great flavor to the fish. I followed the recipe pretty closely but added a little more honey than it said, which I would cut back on next time. Served with fresh Sour Dough bread and asparagus.

Did not change a thing and it was simple and delicious. I will make again and follow some of the reviewers suggestions to marinate in the honey dijon mix for an hour. But as is this recipe is a winner!!

Awesome and easy to make. I think the high oven temp and not too much baking time lends to the very moist and crisp on the outside textures. I'll definitely make again!

To die for! We can't eat wheat but we chop up Barbara's O's cereal for the bread crumbs which works great. I made this for Christmas dinner with this beautiful black rice and brussel sprouts w/apples. It was like we were eating at a fancy restaurant.

Made this recipe as directed, and was not a big fan. The taste is very bland. This needs more seasoning.

The pecan crunch coating was great, the salmon was great, but not together. I think the coating would have paired well with pork or chicken, but the salmon was an extremely odd flavor combo. I'll stick to citrus next time. Thanks for the recipe, though, I'll use the coating.
