A nice change to my plain poached salmon. My eight year old said it was okay, while my five year old said I should make it everyday. It's all a matter of taste.

Made exactly as directed. Just didn't like it at all. Maybe I would have liked it with fresh salmon instead of frozen, but I doubt it.

This recipe works well when you have little time to get dinner together. Next time I'll cut the breadcrumbs down by at least half. It was just way too much. The flavour combination is a bit odd, but it works. I keep this recipe around for those last minute dinners, but it's definately not gourmet food...

This is a recipe that when I make it, everybody asks for more! Even my mother-in-law, who is the toughest critic says that this is the BEST salmon she has ever had, hands down. Give it a whirl!

Only thing I did different was mix bread crumb mixture in a food processor with 1 tbsp melted butter. Maybe I used to much of the bead crumb mix but it was just ok for me. My son who loves salmon didnt like the sweetness of the honey mustard sauce. I thought it was ok. I think its safe to say we prefer grilled fish to this recipe.

Quick, easy, tasty, impressive & healthy! Used feedback from others - used prepared honey mustard, added some garlic, used panko breadcrumbs to reduce breadiness and increased pecans for crunch. "Marinated" salmon in dressing prior to adding panko/pecans. Baked according to directions and it came out perfect. Served with brown rice and steamed veges - left enough calories for dessert! YUM!

Very good. Needed to put more mustard sauce on. Used pine nuts instead of pecan.

This is good, but it is missing some pizzaz. Perhaps add something with a little more flavor.

excellent recipe! I did have to tweak a little bit as i didn't have any pecans or breadcrumbs. All i did different, because i had to omit those ingredients was replace the breadcrumbs with crushed captain crunch cereal, and still it came out delicious! Will definitely make again

Family enjoyed it, even the kids. I didn't read far enough in the directions (interpret as distracted by children) & combined all the ingredients together vs brushing w/ liquid then covering w/the crumb topping. It still tasted delicious, made sort f a crust on top. I didn't have fresh parsley so omitted that. I'll make this again.

This is the best salmon recipe ever. I used sliced almonds instead of pecan, and it was to die for. My small children LOVED it, too. Super easy and quick to make. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

I cooked this for my husband and I last night and it was the best. I have never cooked salmon before and am not a huge fan of fish(my husband loves salmon). It was very easy to make and tasted amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. I changed the recipe a little bit though. I did half djion mustard and and spicy mustard to add a little more flavor.

Excellent recipe, my son was looking for the leftovers when he came home from school! However, I did alter a bit. Omitted the bread crumbs and added a bit of brown sugar.
