My kids loved this! I was out of Dijon so substituted honey mustard. It turned out great! It was moist, flavorful and had the right blend of flavors to please even the pickiest of eaters!

I LOVE mustard so this was just awesome to me. very easy and yummy!! only difference is i cooked real bacon and just broke it up on top. You have to be a mustard fan for this, but even if you arent, i think just mixing the mustard with a little mayo will help make the mustard not as strong but as for me...the spicier the better! i will be making this again..soon@

This was very quick and came out good. I used honey dijon mustard and took other review's advice and mixed it with the teriyaki before coating the chicken. I used thin-sliced breasts. After cooking for 25 minutes (covered), I added the bacon and cheddar cheese and cooked (uncovered) for about 5 more minutes. I added chopped green onions for som zip to it. I'll make this again and will definitely make extra sauce for dipping. Thank you for the recipe!

This was delicious! The only change I made was that I used turkey bacon and a reduced sodium teriyaki sauce. It was great and my family loved it. I will definatly add this one to my list of frequently made meals. Thanks for sharing it with us Aimee.

Excellent. Tastes refined and sophisticated. You MUST use Dijon mustard to get the right taste (the white wine in dijon seems to be a big part of the flavor), and use low-salt terriyaki and low-salt bacon otherwise you are just asking for the "too salty" experience. I feel the parmesan is optional in this recipe.

Good, but would be much better if you only used 1/2 - 2/3 the Dijon recommended. It tasted a bit strong.

The basic flavor is o.k., but this was way too salty. We didn't even eat the leftovers.

MUST HAVE!!! My husband and I LOVED this dish...It was excellent, and I mixed 2 ounces mayo with 2 ounces dijon mustard, it was so good. I also severed twice baked potatoes with it, and let me tell you, one of the best meals I make, is this one.

This was so quick and easy. I will make this again. My son has already asked for it again, and I just made it last week. I hope when I am having to come up with origianl ideas from just what I have around the house that my recipe will be as great as this...

SUPER easy to make and my wife and daughter LOVE it. I substitute bacon pieces (the ones that can be found by the bacon bits in the grocery store) and they make it even easier. I change up the mustard each time, too just to give it a different taste each time.

This was easy and quick. It got mixed reviews at the table...but I really liked it. I also added cheddar cheese to the top. The sauce kind of slid off the top...next time I will probably marinate the chicken ahead of time.

Great! Just enough zip from the mustard without being overbearing like some recipes with Dijon in them. I'll be making this again!

Boy, this dish was simple and excellent. I sprinkled just a pinch of red pepper flakes on it, and it must have baked into it, because it was surprisingly spicy. I would recommend this dish to anyone who has forty minutes to fire it up. The flavors blend to perfection.
