I made this tonight, and though I followed other's comments and did it half mayo, half mustard, it was still too mustardy for me. However, I think I used too much of the mix for the amount of chicken I used, and were I to just use less it wouldn't be so strong. But I do love the bacon/parmesan combo and think I'll try it again with honey mustard and less teriyaki so it's not too sweet.

I didn't have any bacon, so I left it out, and I don't think the recipe suffered too much. Used whole grain mustard. A little mayo mixed it would probably have been a nice touch.

This dish was delicious! Fussy husband enjoyed it. What makes it the best is that it is so easy to make. I tried the 1/2 mayo & 1/2 mustard variation but thought it would have been better with all mustard and probably still would not have been too salty. Will try marinating the chicken next time. Thanks for a great recipe!

I didn't follow this recipe exactly b/c other reviews said it was really mustardy. So I did half mayo half mustard and mixed all the items in a seperate bowl. I put the chicken over wild rice, poured the sauce over all and then baked it. I would recommend making more sauce than recipe calls for so it soaks into more of the rice. Hope this helps

I don't care what anyone says, this is a great recipe. It's the easiest thing in the world to throw together, especially since I only cook for two. I never have bacon bits at home so I wrap the breasts in bacon. I tried it with pork chops once and it did not taste very good, but it's perfect for chicken!

This chicken is fantastic! It is so easy, and so tasty. My husband loves this recipe. It has become a staple in our house. I have tried it using the cheap grated parm you get at the grocery store and also with real shredded parm, and have found that the grated parm works better.

It was good, the mustard was a little overpowering. An odd combination of ingredients, it was worth trying.

Cooked some bacon and just crumbled it into bits. Over-marinated it otherwise would had been probably really good. Suggestion don’t marinate more than say 3 hours otherwise its too salty. So all in all this was cook’s error (mine in particular) that made this meal not as good as I’m sure it could be. Will definitely try again – without the marinating for too long! :o)

I was really dissapointed with this one. I think I may have put too much butter in the pan initially to coat the chicken which created a not so tasty flavor for some reason. I just thought it was too much salty/creamy flavor. I wouldn't make this again.

This was, interesting. I wouldn't make it again, but it was really easy. I think it was the flavor of the teriyaki sauce and mustard that didn't go together very well to me.
