We loved this recipe! The flavors blended together well and it is so easy to throw together. I'd never used teriyaki sauce before but my DH and 4 yr old both loved it! I will be making this again and again. Thanks!

I was looking for something different to try chicken breasts and came across this recipe. At first I was skeptical with the list of ingredients, but after reading all of the great comments I thought I’d give it a try – I’m glad I did. The only thing you really need to measure is the teriyaki, but the rest is really to taste. Enough mustard to coat, as much or little bacon as you like and a sprinkle of cheese! Don’t add salt to the chicken; the teriyaki and parm have plenty. Thanks for the quick and tasty recipe!

Wondeful! I've made this a LOT and really like it the way it's written, but also with variations. Sometimes, time permitting, I marinate the breasts overnight in teriyaki mixed with brown sugar, then coat with the mustard, top with mozzarella and bacon bits and bake. Another good variation is to coat with mustard, wrap with bacon strips, pour on teriyaki, top with cheese then bake. Any way you assemble it, it's great! Even my chicken-hating husband likes this one, so I don't have to make seperate meals like usual when I want chicken! Thanks so much for a "keeper" recipe!

I made this last night - it was wonderful ! I used the dijonnaise as recommended and I would recommend it to others too. The chicken had a lot of flavor and it was very moist. I used a little more teriyaki and cheese than the recipe called for and I added a little colby blend cheese - this will be a household regular!

This recipe is very easy, forgiving, and tasty! The ingredients are staples in my fridge, which makes this a part of our normal dinner rotation. I made this recipe without measuring anything. I salt and peppered the chicken, then rubbed a dollop of Dijon mustard on each breast. I poured some soy sauce over the top, probably about 1/4 cup on three breasts. rumbled up some pre-cooked Oscar Meyer bacon, and added the fresh grated Parmesan. It was so fast and simple, and came out terrific.

Sorry, not a winner for us. The combination of flavors was kind of strange to be honest, way too salty and very strong.

Loved it! Wanted something different for dinner, and this was so easy. Used more terriacki & mustard, rubbed it in, then used real bacon and laid it all on top then parm cheese. Wow, I have to say this was fan-tastic!!!

I thought the combination of ingredients was unusal enough that I had to try it! It was very easy and very good. Have some crusty bread on hand to 'sop' up the sauce.

This was pretty good. I liked the mustard teriyaki combination. I wrapped the bacon around the chicken instead of frying it for on top. If I make it again I will crumble it on top. The bacon was kind of soggy. Otherwise a good way to dress up plain chicken.

This recipe kept the chicken moist, however next time I will use honey mustard instead of dijon, it could use a hint of sweet to balance out the saltiness.

Got a rave review from the DH on this one...he usually only nods or says it's "alright", and tonight he said he really liked this! I did substitute a few things - honey dijon for the plan dijon, and colby cheddar for the parmesan. It was very flavorful. I will definitely make it again, quick and easy!

This was easy, but didn't appeal to my son or myself. Spreading the mustard as directed made it way too mustardy for both of us. May have been better to mix everything together and poured over the chicken before baking to blend flavors more. Chicken was very moist though!
