I found this recipe rather simple and not as complicated as the fantastic flavoring it gives, also I did get that oriental taste I was looking for. Thanks for sharing it.

I dont know why i had a little of a hard time with this, the sauce kept foaming up. I was not able to sear the meat. But all in all it was okay.

I used just chicken thighs instead of the whole chicken. It was just excellent! I've made a similar recipe several times before in the slow cooker, but this will definitely replace that dish. It was quick, easy, and delicious. Thanks, Liza
