Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Stir egg, vanilla extract, and mint into the mixture until thoroughly combined. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into wet ingredients to make a smooth dough. Gently fold chocolate chips into the dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until cookies are set, 10 to 12 minutes.

Pretty Good. Baked well in 10 min. Used Chocolate Mint Chips and omitted the peppermint extract.

These cookies were good! I love chocolate & mint. I don't like my cookies flat though so I added 1/4 to 1/2 cup more flour.

I love it I brought in 2 dozen in to work and in less then 30 mins they are gone! I did change it up a bit I used Andes Candies and took out the mint extract and the chocolate chips.

They're really good! I didn't have mint flavoring so I used mint chip and it was perfect. I think next time I will take the advice of another review and try adding more flour for fluffier cookies.

BEST COOKIES EVER! They weren't flat at all. I used mint chips instead of chocolate and they were perfection! Thank you for this recipe!!!
