As a person who loves a hamburger, I've slowly grown to love turkey burgers. I find all kinds of seasonings to add to them. I prefer Goya because it's full of flavor and you don't have to use a lot of it. Sometimes I'll just use S&P, onion & garlic powder. Turkey burgers are great because they don't have to be cooked as long as beef.

Our family made a New Year's Resolution to eat healthier so for the past few months we have avoided the fast food scene. However, this past weekend we were all craving a thick juicy burger. I was about to give in when I found this recipe. The only change I made was to sauté the onions and garlic together first. I put them on the grill and they turned out great, even to a family of junk food junkies! Ha! Thanks for helping us stay on track. I would definitely make these again.

My husband likes these turkey burgers better than beef burgers and I love it due to the fact that it's healthier than beef AND it's absolutley delicious!! I did't change a thing to this recipe.

This recipe is great! I used only 1 lb of turkey and ended up with 8 normal sized hamburgers. I added some worcestershire and some soy sauce. I used fresh bread crumbs and a whole egg. I broiled 4 inches from broiler for 6 minutes on each side. They came out perfect! Served with sauted mushrooms and guacamole.

wow i was really surprised by these burgers. I always wanted to try turkey burgers but was hesitant because i didn't like the idea of the turkey taste in a burger. well these don't taste like turkey at all. they are really close to regular burgers but without all the fat. I only used 1 lb because there was just the two of us. then i used panko bread crumbs and 1 whole egg. also added lawry seasoning and some rosemary and a few other spices just to make sure it wasn't bland. Awesome!

These are actually delicious turkey burgers. I had never really used ground turkey before, but I think I will switch it up sometimes. The burgers came out very juicy and quite tasty - I followed the recipe exactly. With the leftover meat I made turkey meatballs to use in a different recipe.

I liked the ease of preparing this recipe. I used Italian parsley for added zest. Also because my husband is not found of turkey I added onion soup mix. This way he loved it and didn't miss the Beef burger, which is unhealthy for him.

My kids weren't looking forward to super because of what I was making (turkey burgers) - I told them to have an open mind, and they loved them and asked me to make it again!! I didn't make any changes to the recipe - it's delicious as is.

I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised at how tasty and moist these turned out. I used only 1 1/3 lbs. turkey (1 pkg.) for 2 of us, but left the measurements for the seasonings almost the same as listed b/c I was afraid they'd turn out bland. I did add Worcestershire, per a recommendation and I used 1 whole egg instead of egg white. The key is to cook them on med. slowly so they don't dry out. I will make these again!

These were very good! I wouldnt say they were "better" than a burger - because they are very different than a burger, but are great. I made several changes after reading a lot of reviews. Used whole egg rather than egg white, added Worchestershire sauce and soy sauce. Added red pepper flakes, used Lawry seasoning salt for my salt, and doubled the bread crumbs. Also did coat in flour before pan frying. Topped with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, ketchup and mustard.

Pretty good. I found a little bland though, we like a lot of flavor. Smell delicious too. Will probally make again with some moderations with the spices.

Wow! Just cooked this for the family. Everyone loved it! My oldest (seven) said it tasted like a "McDonalds" hamburger. Mine tasted like a White Castle hamburger. After the meal I revealed they were in fact turkey burgers. I did add a little more garlic but otherwise followed the recipe to the letter.

This recipe is fabulous! Only added about a tbsp of Worcestshire sauce. Also note, these burgers do not shrink like beef burgers do so make the patties the exact size that you want to eat them at.

When I told my kids I was making turkey burgers, they said "eeewww." But when they had these, they loved them & wanted seconds. I added worcestershire sauce, as others suggested, but I think they would've been great without it. My husband made them a second time & added soy sauce, which he thought made them better. I will definitely make these instead of regular hamburgers from now on. Thanks for the recipe!
