These were fantastic. I never would have put fresh parsley in a burger before this but wow it gave it such wonderful flavor. I'm sure some of the bad reviews were from those who used dried in place of fresh. My suggestion is don't it really gives it a taste all of its own. I used red onion because I had a half of a red from another recipe I was making that I need to use. I originally intended to grill these but oops out of gas, but they work out great on the stove.

This is a great turkey burger. The only thing I did differently was put the whole 2 eggs in and it was great. I didn't want to use the yolks for something else. This burger almost tasted like beef.

I love this recipe. When I want a Turkey Burger, this is the recipe I grab. I have made this recipe many times now. I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs. I do not like raw onions in foods like this, so I sautéed them before adding it to the turkey. I also added a few splashes of Worcestershire Sauce. I added extra bread crumbs until I liked the consistency. I sprinkled both sides of the patties with more bread crumbs to help keep them from sticking. I cooked the burgers on a George Forman Grill and they turned out wonderfully moist. Delicious on whole wheat buns.

I don't really know where I went wrong but these just would not let go of the grill and eventually just fell through. They were very..wet and my dad thought the texture was exremely soft.. like mushy. I even added more bread crumbs but being my first time making from scratch burgers, or turkey-burgs, so I just went with it. O well..thanks!!

This was ok. I'd rather have Costco turkey burgers and add a few seasoning. I just didn't see what all the fuss was about, and it wasn't worth the effort.

These were very good. I added Worcestershire sauce and a little soy sauce, but other than that I left the recipe as-is. I was pleasantly surprised, as my turkey burgers tend to turn out a little dry and not at all comparable to their beef counterparts, and are generally drowned in condiments to compensate. I topped these with sauteed mushrooms and onions and garlic mayo (olive oil mayo + garlic powder). Will definitely be making these again.

Excellent recipe! I added Worchestershire, soy sauce, and liquid smoke to add some extra flavor. We cooked them on the George Foreman for six minutes. We'll make this one again!

Excellent turkey burger. I followed the directions except I used old bay seasoned bread crumbs and seasoned salt in place of regular salt. The fresh ingredients really made a difference in my opinion. I made 10 burgers out of this batch and cooked them on my George Foreman grill on medium for 15 min. Served the burgers on wheat hamburger rolls with sauteed onions, shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes. We had sauteed spinich with garlic on the side. My family loved these burgers.

This is a good recipe with the following additions... add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 drops liquid smoke, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon season-all, 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon sweet basil in place of parsley a-n-d if you want a lil extra kick, add some spicy brown mustard to the meat mixture. Use the whole egg and grind saltines into crumbs and add 1 teaspoon italian seasoning or try chicken flavored stuffing mix ground into crumbs. Serve with finely sliced baby spinach (like shredded lettuce) petite diced or thinly sliced tomatoes and some feta cheese. For those having an issue with the burgers being dry, try one of the follow... Grilling: add a couple tablespoons of very finely crushed iced right into the meat mixture. Frying: place in a frying pan and add 1/2 cup water, cover with a lid and simmer until your desired doneness is reached. (You could even use turkey or chicken broth)

I've never had turkey burgers before, but these were really good! I used 1 whole egg instead of 2 egg whites . Instead of the salt and pepper I added some seasoned salt and a little bit of Worcestershire sauce... soooo good! The only thing I would do differently next time is use onion powder instead of chopped onions. I normally like them in burgers, but just didn't care for them in this particular recipe. These burgers go great with "Baked French Fries I" which is also on this site. Yummy!

Very tasty. Per suggestions from other users, I added a splash of worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Left out the parsley because I wanted my kids to give it a fair try and anything green would turn them off. My 7 year old loved them.

I cut this in half and embellished it a bit with the worcestshire sauce and soy sauce splashes. I also used seasoned salt instead of regular. These were wonderful. Didn't want to waste the egg so I used the whole thing. I added them to a cold grill pan and they did not fall apart nor were they dry.
