Not sure if i would go as far as to say these were delicious but they were pretty good. I will continue to experiment with other turkey burger recipes but will keep this one on hand as well =)

Really simple, juicy and flavorful! Kids gave it two thumbs up, next I won't make the patties so large, took a long time to cook and we had to microwave it after a while on the grill cause we were in a hurry. Still juicy!

I made these for the 2nd time tonight and they were delicious! I had only plain breadcrumbs so I added some dried oregano and basil. Also used dried parsley as I didn't have any fresh. Also added a dash of Red Hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce as others suggested. Grilled up beautifully! Thank you!

These were very good! I've never had a turkey burger I liked, but I'm sold on these. Even my VERY picky 3 yr old ate it! It was so nice to sit at the dinner table w/ my 5 children and hubby and not hear one complaint! That's worth more than 5 stars in my book! I only had 1/2 the turkey, and I actually forgot about this while I was making them and ended up adding the same amount of ingredients to it. oops! I also ran out of bread crumbs (grrr!) so I seasoned some panko crumbs and used those instead. Then I coated the outside of the formed burgers in the seasoned panko crumbs. Delicious!! A keeper for sure. My hubby said he enjoyed these just as much, if not more, than regular burgers! Oh yeah...I took the advice of others and added a few dashes of low sodium soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. :)

Very Delicious. Instead of egg whites, I used the whole egg didn't want to waste an egg yolk, maybe next time when i'm feeling a bit heathly I'll just use egg whites. I added some Soy Sauce to the mix and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. It was delicious, definately this recipe is a keeper.

My husband and I made these burgers for friends of ours, but we didn't tell them they were made out of turkey and they had no clue! They just kept saying how good they were and they even asked for the recipe! haha.

this was a great base for a turkey burger...I kick it up a notch by adding some finely chopped mushrooms and I omit the eggs since I find it too runny and doesnt stick together as well as doing it without. I usually add a bit of my favorite sauce to it instead (red chillie sauce or a korean bbq sauce all taste really good in it.) I make these all the time and have even used it to make meatballs and they are a hit every time!!! Dont forget to top your burger with fried onions and mushrooms!

YUM! Who needs beef now? Based on the reviews I read, I made a few tweaks to the recipe. I used a whole egg instead of just an egg white. I used Italian style bread crumbs (which has dried parseley in it) and also added a dash of soy sauce in it. And I did not mix the garlic directly into the mix. Instead, I pan fried the meat and sauteed the minced garlic before putting the meat in. I also put a lid over while cooking the meat so the steam would help. Put it at medium heat and the patties cooked in about 5-7 minutes. Also did a slight experiment with my 2nd half of the meat and mixed a little bit of feta cheese in it. It turned out very flavorful. I served it with whole wheat buns and it was great!

These were very good. I did add some Worcestershire Sauce, a green pepper, and McCormiks Hamburger seasoning. I cooked the patties on a griddle so that I would get done with them faster. My family loved these so much. Thanks!

I made the spicy turkey burgers the other day and I would say these are just as delicious. Boyfried liked these better. The only thing I did differenlty was added seasoning salt to the mix, and before hand sauteed the onions, garlic, and added green chiles. I used whole wheat bread instead of buns, fabulous. They are even better as leftovers, ran out of bread so I ate it plain, and it was even very tasty without bread. Thanks for the recipe!!
