I used jarred spices instead of fresh and this turned out very nice.

Per another reviewer, added a little Worcestershire and soy sauce along with a dash of hickory smoke flavoring. Left out the onions. Not the best, but if I'm in need to a simple burger, would consider this one.

My family LOVES this recipe, even my 2 year old and picky husband! I love that it's so adaptable to what I have in the pantry for spices. I've found Ground Turkey to be quite bland, but this recipe turned my world around! I've used it as a meatloaf recipe too.

Really good, tastes alot like a meatloaf, very flavorful. I followed others' advice and addes Worchester and soy sauce, and I also used eggbeaters instead of the eggwhite. I used light/dark turkey meat, I would think they might be a little dry if you use ground turkey breast but they would be healthier, perhaps I'll try it with the breast and report back ( :

AMAZING!! I omitted the parsley as I did not have it on hand. I also added 1/2 a cup of chopped red bell pepper and with the recommendations of other reviewers, added a couple of splashed of Worcestershire Sauce and low sodium soy sauce. I used a whole egg instead of just egg whites and added a little more bread crumbs. I grilled these on my George Foreman and served with mini sliders! These were delicious, so juicy, and as I grilled them it filled my kitchen with delicious smells that made my mouth water! My mother cannot eat beef and these were a great substitution! Will definitely make again!

I make these all the time, usually on the foreman, they are fantastic. Nice flavor and doesn't leave you wishing you had a beef burger.

These burgers are great...I think better than beef burgers! The parsley adds great flavor. For 1lb or turkey meat,I increase the onion, garlic, and bread crumbs by a bit. 2/3 or 1 egg white (lightly whipped, very important) is fine. I also add Worcestershire sauce (about 2 teaspoons) for more of a beef flavor. GREAT RECIPE!! enjoy!

These were good, but I also "enhanced" them for some flavor. I added some beef bouillon and a splash of soy sauce. I also upped the garlic and onion. I served with spinach, feta, tomato and avocado. They were tasty but I wouldn't go as far as to say they would replace regular burgers in my house, especially because they took FOREVER to cook.

I modified this to create mini burgers, and baked them in an oven on 350 for 40min. At the end I put different cheeses on them (brie, swiss, etc.). They turned out great and our guests loved them.

These are just what they claim to be - actually delicious turkey They are in our regular rotation and have completely replaced beef burgers in our home (which were not often served) and we make these frequently.

For turkey burgers these are pretty good. They were juicy and didn't dry out the way turkey burgers usually do. My family still prefers beef for hamburgers but said these would be okay sometime :-)

Of course I upped the garlic and onion in this recipe, and it came out GREAT! I'd make turkey meatballs using the same recipe.

I've tried a few turkey burger recipes and thought this one had a chance. But, this settles it -- the good Lord meant for burgers to be made of beef.

These were really good! This was my first time experimenting with ground turkey instead of beef. I scaled down to 1 lb. of turkey and still got 5 nice size burgers out of this. They didn't shrink up like the beef ones do. I only had dried parsley, and I just added one whole egg instead of egg whites. I also tossed in chopped red peppers and a little bit of leftover reduced fat feta cheese, which was delicious in these -- melted down beautifully and no need to add any extra cheese to your burger! We grilled these on the George Foreman and it worked great!

I hate to be the one giving a bad review, but these burgers are 'actually' not that great. Made 4 burgers earlier this week and scaled all ingredients accordingly. My burgers were bland and very, very dry. Perhaps it was my fault.... My bf grilled ours (which may have caused them to be more dry than normal). Regardless, the recipe sumbitter indicated that any cooking method would work (hmmm...). Not even mustard (mayo for the bf), lettuce, tomato and red onion could jazz these up (believe me, I tried). I could only eat half of my burger which is too bad because I was HUNGRY! Maybe these will float your boat, but they definitely didn't ours. Thanks anyways!

I'm a burger lover; it took me a while to take the turkey leap. My husband and I were not disappointed! I will not be cooking beef burgers this summer. For a variation, try using chopped spinach, paremesan cheese and fresh basil in the patties. Also, I browned mine in a skillet with garlic butter.

My sister and I made these for dinner tonight, and they were really good. We left out the onion, added about 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and a few red pepper flakes. Before cooking, we added a light dusting of flour. They turned out really moist, but were quite thick. Next time we'll be using more red pepper flakes and make them thinner. A quick tasty meal, and much better than ground beef.

I used 1/2 cup onion, and also added 1/4 finely diced serranno peppers, and used the whole egg. I served them with avocado, tomato, lettuce, and monterey jack cheese. Delicious!
