Soooo yummy! I swapped the parsley for cilantro, and now my husband prefers these over his bacon/gorgonzola burgers!

Great, simple recipe. We added flour to it, as suggested by a former reviewer. Very moist. I'd even try it with beef!

Wow! We weren't expecting these to turn out so good! I used other's suggestions of using more bread crumbs and covering the patties with four to hold them together better. They did great on the grill! We will definitely have these again!

My Mother-In_law recently suffered a heart attack so I was looking for recipies that are low in fat, salt and carbs - this was awesome! I did change up a few things on it but not very much. Thank you for submitting this recipe!

LOVE this recipe! I made it for two (used 1/2 lb meat) and used a shake of garlic powder instead of fresh. I also didn't have parsley so just left it out. Delicious. Very juicy and held together too. I had mine with cheese and ketchup, no need for mustard on this one. I can't wait to have it again!

Ok I cut this recipe down to a third and used a whole egg instead of just the egg white, and I used 2 cloves of Garlic instead of one and didn't have any fresh parsley. I have tried lots of Turkey burger recipes that end up dry or won't hold together. This was juicy, tasty and overall fantastic. Made it with some sweet potato fries. YUMMY

These were very flavorful and moist. I added fresh basil from my garden but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. they were good and I don't normally like turkey burgers.

I am not a hamburger fan, and I can never finish my burger. These were GREAT. They weren't too heavy and I finished one and a half. I made these on the BBQ for a grilled flavor and am now hooked on Turkey burgers. Thanks for the recipe!

Yummmm! We made this last night and loved it! The only thing we changed was we added a little flour (wheat flour would work just as well) to the outside of the patties so that everything held together better. Try putting pickles on your burger, the flavor blends together really well.

This was a fantastic basic turkey burger recipe. I did make a few adjustments for my liking... Instead of using bread crumbs I use rolled oats (a healthy alternative) I also add a few splashes of Worcestehire Sauce..and for a nice little kick I add about a 1 tsp of Jerk Seasoning. I prefer the paste type seasoning. Very Tasty!!!

I have never made or eaten a turkey burger in my life and neither has my husband, but these were "actually delicious". We had no clue what to do, but I could see from the recipe and the reviews that this did need a little tweaking. I had 1 pound of ground turkey, so I used 1/2 an egg yolk and a few tablespoons of italian style bread crumbs. Instead of diced onion I used 1 tsp. of dried minced onion, 1 tsp. of dried parsley, 1/4 tsp. of salt, 1 clove of minced garlic, a dash of black pepper, and added 1 Tbsp. of worcesterchire and 2 tsp. of liquid smoke. They were a little on the dry side, maybe because we cooked them too long (first timers) or because that's the consistency of turkey meat (dryer than beef). Whatever the case they're good for you and we'd be up for trying them again.

These were easy to make and my family loved them. Used onion powder instead of chopped onion in order to avoid the crunchy onion inside the burger issue. Other than that, made as per the recipe. Turkey tends to shrink a lot on the barbecue, so be sure to make your patties large diameter. Thanks!

Made these for family and friends..they loved the burgers!! My BF wanted them two nights in a row, and he definitely wasn't a turkey burger fan before. I added a little bit more of the ingredients and added some garlic salt. Then pounded the patties til they were thin. Had my burger with cheese, turkey bacon, portabello mushrooms and avocadoe...delicious!! Now I'm going to use this recipe for turkey meatballs
