very tasty :). Per other's reviews, I added red pepper, Worchestire sauce, soy sauce, more bread crumbs, garlic salt, and a whole egg

A really great basic recipe that allows one to tinker with it to suit their own tastes. I did use the whole egg and added in Frank's hot sauce for a bit of zing. plopped them right on my plug in foreman grill, waited 10 minutes, and perfect.

Okay, seriously, turkey burgers? Yuck, right? Not so fast...this is Actually Delicious! I made almost exactly as written, but I used unseasoned bread crumbs, onion POWDER and added a tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce to the 1 pound of turkey (scaled back from the recipes 3 pounds). My hubby added just a dash of seasoning salt at the grill. I was annoyed that he was messing with them, but it was awesome! So juicy, tender and great flavor. No bun or condiments necessary. Kids gobbled them up, too!

FANTASTIC!! I halved the recipe-worked great. Omitted onions & substituted onion powder, added 1 tsp. worc. sauce & 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes & 1/8 tsp. cumin for smoky flavor & spice. After combining, I put mixture in fridge for 1/2 hr. to get flavors going. Also makes it easier to form the burgers. TIP: Coat spatula w/olive oil for easier transfer to the grill.Put on a gas grill over medium heat for 6 min. per side. Melted provolone cheese just before taking off the grill.Topped with fresh avocado slices (YUM!)sliced sweet onion & Heinz chili sauce. This recipe got my 15 yr old daughter to try avocado for the first time, her comment- THIS ROCKS!!

These were okay. Not the best turkey burgers I have ever had by a long shot but okay. Tasted more like a meatloaf to us then a burger.

Love it! Hubby didn't even know it was turkey. Only a few changes: I used regular bread crumbs (didn't have italian bread crumbs on hand) added a dash of liquid smoke and a dash of Worcestershire. Cooked in the broiler and they tasted fabulous!

Great, simple recipe. We added flour to it, as suggested by a former reviewer. Very moist. I'd even try it with beef!

Wow! We weren't expecting these to turn out so good! I used other's suggestions of using more bread crumbs and covering the patties with four to hold them together better. They did great on the grill! We will definitely have these again!

My Mother-In_law recently suffered a heart attack so I was looking for recipies that are low in fat, salt and carbs - this was awesome! I did change up a few things on it but not very much. Thank you for submitting this recipe!

LOVE this recipe! I made it for two (used 1/2 lb meat) and used a shake of garlic powder instead of fresh. I also didn't have parsley so just left it out. Delicious. Very juicy and held together too. I had mine with cheese and ketchup, no need for mustard on this one. I can't wait to have it again!
