Super easy and really good! I made a few changes because I did not have all of the ingredients. I left out the onion and substituted a teaspoon of garlic powder, and put in dried parsley instead of fresh. I also used the whole egg, including the yoke. As recommended, I also added Worchester sauce. Served it with cheddar, avocado and tomato. Was fantastic!

I have made these several times now and they certainly live up to their name. I add a couple of splashes of worchestershire sauce and sub out the parsley with whatever I have on hand. Thank you for sharing this absolutely delicious recipe.

Great flavor! I did have to add more breadcrumbs to get the right texture and I splashed in a little worcestershire. Turned out very nicely. Thanks! :)

These were very good! Mine seemed too wet, so I added a few bread crumbs.

Great recipe. We didn't find the burgers dry at all. I coated the patties in a little bit of flour to help keep them from sticking to the grill. Could try adding some enhancements but this is a great basic burger recipe.

Very tasty and moist! I followed other reviewers as well - used only 1 egg, 1/2 tsp smoke flavor, 1/2 tsp worcestire, 1/2 tsp tamari... made on the Foreman and turned out 10 very delicious patties. Definitely a keeper!

Ok, these are not better than beef but they are definitely the best ground turkey concoction I have ever had. I don't usually care for ground turkey at all but these are a keeper. If you have trouble with the burgers falling apart your onions might just be too big. They need to be diced pretty small. Or even grated in. I served these on Arnold Sandwich Thins (100 calories for the whole roll!) and topped with lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and buffalo chicken marinade. My husband gobbled them up. Definitely a keeper!

The burgers were great. I used approx. 1 lb. 95% lean ground beef and 1 lb. extra lean turkey (that is all i had in the freezer). I used 1 whole egg instead of egg whites, fresh onion, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Then I sauteed some fresh mushrooms and topped the burgers off with fresh mushrooms. My husband had no clue they were made with turkey and commented how great the burgers tasted.

I thought this recipe was great. I followed what it said, plus some additions that people mentioned in the ratings, such as more onions. I also chopped up half an apple and put it in (a tip from my roommate), and it was delicious! The only complaint is that after being in the freezer for awhile they don't taste too great anymore, which disappointed me because I like making things in bulk and freezing them for later. Other than that, great!

I loves me a big beef burger - but it's refreshing not to see all the fat streaming out of my Foreman Grill when I have ground turkey on the grill plate... These definitely hit the spot!

I blew my beef hamburger-loving family away with these! They are a bit more time and labor intensive but they turned out fantastic!! Way better than any packaged turkey burgers you buy at the store. Can't wait to make them again!

These were amazing!I used onion powder because I didnt have an onion, used a whole agg and added some worchestershire sauce for flavor as per other reviews and added flax mill for a healthy kick of omega 3's. Served with a side salad and alexa brand rosemary and olive oil potato fries and my family had a healthy, fillnig, delicious dinner!

These were great! I used whole eggs as opposed to just egg whites, as others suggested, so they would firm up. They turned out perfect. I added worcestershire sauce and used dried minced onion. They were less heavy than regular burgers and very tasty. I ate the leftovers for breakfast on toast. A keeper!
