These were very good! I wouldnt say they were "better" than a burger - because they are very different than a burger, but are great. I made several changes after reading a lot of reviews. Used whole egg rather than egg white, added Worchestershire sauce and soy sauce. Added red pepper flakes, used Lawry seasoning salt for my salt, and doubled the bread crumbs. Also did coat in flour before pan frying. Topped with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, ketchup and mustard.

Pretty good. I found a little bland though, we like a lot of flavor. Smell delicious too. Will probally make again with some moderations with the spices.

Wow! Just cooked this for the family. Everyone loved it! My oldest (seven) said it tasted like a "McDonalds" hamburger. Mine tasted like a White Castle hamburger. After the meal I revealed they were in fact turkey burgers. I did add a little more garlic but otherwise followed the recipe to the letter.

This recipe is fabulous! Only added about a tbsp of Worcestshire sauce. Also note, these burgers do not shrink like beef burgers do so make the patties the exact size that you want to eat them at.

When I told my kids I was making turkey burgers, they said "eeewww." But when they had these, they loved them & wanted seconds. I added worcestershire sauce, as others suggested, but I think they would've been great without it. My husband made them a second time & added soy sauce, which he thought made them better. I will definitely make these instead of regular hamburgers from now on. Thanks for the recipe!

This was fantastic and all the posted tips were helpful as well. Both husband and son loved these as much as a regular burger. I've found that the tip on using a whole egg, versus whites only, did help keep things together and I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs as well as the onions, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder for flavoring. A nice versatile recipe that you could probably add more of your favorites to as suggested in the other tips.

These were really good, I got tired of making turkey burgers that were too hard and kept "recurring" through the night. This recipe was wonderful. The burgers were light , flavorful, and they 'stayed down". Awesome recipe.

These are yummy! I used my Foreman Grill, but if I hadn't I'm sure they would have melted through the grill, like half of the mix stuck to my hand. I coated the patties with bread crumbs to make a nice crispy outside and I cooked it on my preheated grill for 10 minutes. I could probably have done it for 9 and it would still have been good.

This recipe is perfectly named. The only bread crumbs I had were "roasted garlic and spice," and I had to add quite a bit of extra to make the patties stay together. Delicious.

I think these turkey burgers deserve a 5 star rating but my hubby thought they were a high 3 (3.8 to be exact) so I decided to give a 4. He thought they were a bit bland. Next time I will take the advice of some of the other reviewers and add Worchestire sauce and some other spices.

We made this recipe exactly as it calls and LOVED it! My husband said, "I hate turkey burger!" and I encouraged him to give it a shot. By the middle of the burger he said, "This is actually good!" I served it on a reduced fat whole wheat bun with ketchup, mustard, pickle and grilled onions - my husband also put pepper jack cheese on his! We will definitely make this again...not sure what went wrong for the people with bad reviews...

I usually don't do turkey burgers because they turn out mushy, but these were great! I modified the recipe for 1 lb but kept the bread crumbs at 1/4 cup and they turned out perfect. Also add a dash of the Laury's seasoning. Will make again!!!

This recipe was a total winner with my family. I didn't have an onion on hand, but it didn't suffer as a result. I used stuffing bread crumbs, since I had them on hand, and they added flavor. I'll be making these often, as I can get max pak turkey for less than beef, and it is healthier too. Thanks for the recipe!
