The perfect burger. I did add a smidge of worcestershire! They were absolutely delicious.

I have tried many recipes for turkey burgers and never been very satisfied with any of them. This is the best one I've tried yet. I increased the garlic, used seasoned salt instead of plain, added a splash each of soy sauce and Worcestershire, and crushed up some homemade croutons for the seasoned breadcrumbs. Did these on the grill outside and they held together perfectly. We will make these again with the above changes. Thank you!

Great recipe. I didn't use parsley, and subbed the bread crumbs for an equal amount of crushed original flavor Sun Chips. Very tasty! Everyone liked them, including the kids and the husband! I ate mine on a bun with light mayo and a slice of swiss. Will use again for sure. Thanks!

Tasted OK, but they fell completely apart on the grill. Hard to enjoy when they are crumbley.

My husband and I make this all the time and love it! The only change we made was to replace the parsley with cilantro. It gives it a much needed kick.

These turned out really great on the grill. We had to freeze half the recipe (too much for 2 people...), but I did add Worcestershire sauce, more bread crumbs and some Williams Sonoma Hamburger Seasoning, so not quite 5 stars on its own, but still very good!

This is pretty good, nice and healthy, changed a few things, served on Onion buns, used whole egg, added red pepper flakes, cheese, sauteed some thinly sliced onions for the top and was yummy! Grilled on stove in grill pan w/ PAM olive oil spray, 8 mins per side, little thick. Next time I might change it a little, maybe some green chilis for some kick. Overall, good!

For 1 lb of ground turkey, making 4 burgers: ~3 Tbsp onion, handful of parsley, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 2 garlic cloves (this may have been too much), salt, pepper, seasoning salt, some worcestershire sauce. I did lightly flour the patties before frying, 6 mins/side. Served with lettuce, tomato, mayo on wheat rolls. Yum!

These stayed so moist and perfect, even when grilled. The flavor was mild, but very good. (I did forget the pepper completely.) I already want another one. So good, and so simple! Thank you! - Went very well with Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls.

Very good, very healthy. Added a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and a tsp of soy sauce for more flavor, as other reviewers suggested.

These are good, but make them even better by adding a couple Tbs of apple jelly. Try it, you'll like it!! Nobody can ever guess what that slight sweetness is.

These were really great, and surprisingly super moist! When I cut into one to check for pink, juice poured out. I basically followed the recipe, except that I used the whole egg, and I added a good amount of feta cheese. Delicious!

These are amazing.. Some modification I made: - brown the oinion first and let them cool a little bit - tripple the garlic, salt, pepper and parsley qty Do NOT over-cook or it will get dry.. I served them on brown buns with some tomato and that's it. They where good enough to eat as-is

Tasty! Quite soft though and I don't think they would hold up on the BBQ. I used the George Forman to grill them.

These were great. We did them on the grill and they taste like regular hamburgers. Nice texture when cooked (I halfed the recipe and they were very hard to handle when raw). I am going to try as meatloaf next time. Thanks for a great recipe. We ate them with sweet potato fries and pepper jack cheese on wheat buns.
