I cut the recipe back to 4 servings since I am not fond of ground turkey and didn't want a lot of leftovers if it wasn't as good as everybody said. These are great - very flavorful, a little crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside. I cooked mine on a Foreman grill and they turned out wonderful. This one will be added to my low-fat recipe book. Thanks for sharing it with all us calorie counters, this is a great burger.

My husband and I really enjoyed these. He said that he liked them, but he refused to consider them burgers LOL. I'll make them again, it's nice to finally find a turkey burger recipe that isn't dry and has flavor!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Added a tablespoon of worcestershire as well. What a big hit! I used 1/4 egg beaters w/ yolk and they were fine. YUMMY!! Thanks.

I scaled the recipe down to 8, added worcestershire sauce and used a whole egg. We topped the burgers with cheese and cooked them on the grill. The burgers had a lot of flavor and were a nice change from beef.

Excellent but added worcestershire, dash soy sauce, minced jalapeno, one whole egg. Cooked on the grill. Very juicy and will definitely make again.

Absolutely wonderful! I took the suggestion of other reviewers and added soy sauce and Worcestershire. These were the best turkey burgers I've ever had!

My husband and I really enjoyed these! We grilled them and served them on whole wheat rolls. I just added a little extra worchestershire...yum! I'll definitely add them to the rotation.

These turkey burgers were fantastic! Not dry, very flavorful and so much better for you than beef! Even my 17 month old baby loved them! I will definitely use this recipe again and might even make meatballs next time!!

I thought these were pretty good! I was out of bread crumbs so I used cracker crumbs. I cooked them on the grill and gave them a shot of worchestershire while they were cooking.

They were great and I will use the recipe again, however..I think I made the burgers too thick, next time I will squash them down thinner.

These are great! We normally only eat beef burgers but gave these a try for health reasons. My husband and I both enjoyed them.

These actually ARE delicious! I've never attempted to serve my family a burger that was white - they all looked at me as if I had two heads but they had a willingness to give it a try... and they were pleased! This is a delish way to cut fat, calories, and cholesterol. I used the recipe as written except using a torn up piece of whole wheat bread and a tsp of Italian seasoning in place of the breadcrumbs because I didn't have any. We really liked it and will definitely make again!

Yes, I agree. This was actually delicious! I did add some worcestershire sauce and Johnny's Seasoning Salt and my family enjoyed them. My husband said it tasted like sausage and was happy to get great flavor and less artery clogging.

I love hamburgers and have been missing them so much since we gave up beef at our house. What a delight to find these were actually a good replacement for beef burgers. Three of us enjoyed them and will eat them again with pleasure.
