Great recipe as written. Here in the birthplace of the Chicken Wing, we taste a lot of bleu cheese dressings. This is excellent, with a little tang, and may even knock my favorite (Rootie's) off the pedestal.

I don't eat blue cheese dressing but I took this to a dinner party and there was none left. Everyone loved it and wanted to know how I made it ;)

Giving this a 4. Used far more blue cheese than it called for in the recipe. Still seemed like there was something missing. Very tastey, but I'm going to keep hunting for a recipe that has that missing oompff.

Definitely creamy & rich! I loved the ease of making this dressing. I can't stand bottled blue cheese dressing, but I love blue cheese and this dressing is outstanding. I realized I didn't have any garlic powder so I used garlic salt instead and just left out any additional salt.

4.5 stars here. As written, it was a little thinner than we like.

Perfect! This IS absolutely the BEST rich and creamy blue cheese dressing ever! I used it on salad and as a dip for buffalo chicken strips. Yummy! Thank you!
