AWESOME recipe. You can also tailor it to your tastes with different spices. I always have some made up for easy dinner salads during the week.

Very tasty dressing. Used it for a pasta salad. I did adjust the vinegar/oil ratio.

I don't personally like pasta salad, so I relied on the opinions of some big eaters who visit my house on regular occasions.I poured the dressing over noodles, green, red and orange and yellow peppers, red onion, feta cheese and turkey pepperoni and it was a big hit. This is a keeper for upcoming catering jobs. Thanks

**UPDATE** This is still awesome, however be sure to always follow the recipe because if you stray, it's not the same. Original: Talk about AWESOME! This is so simple but the most amazing dressing! Seriously, I'd rather have a salad at home then at the fancy italian restaurants with this recipe. I was simply amazed at how good this was. THANK YOU!!!

This is a great recipe, and we keep it on hand all the time. It also doubles as a yummy marinade for our kebabs!

Really good. I am definitely done buying salad dressing. I agree with some other people that it was too vinegar-y (for my taste). I had cut it down to just 2 servings, so for my second batch I used equal parts olive oil and vinegar.

This was great. I used fresh onion and garlic instead and blended the mixture together for a while so that it was smooth.

Very good! I scaled this back to 4 servings, and used a lavendar infused red wine vin from San Juan Island since that's what I had. Added a packet of Splenda since I like sweeter vinegar dressings, and this is very good. May try it with some white balsamic next time.

I made this dressing and let it sit overnight so all of the flavors could settle. It was great!!!! I actually used fresh onion and garlic and added a little super fine sugar because it was a little too much vinegar taste to me. Overall, it was very good and have made it twice since last week. Had my parents over for the inauguration and they loved it too!

I scaled this down to 8 servings. Very robust flavor! Tasted particulary great with the beets and the olives.

We have salads every night, and this dressing will be part of our regular rotation (we like a variety). The flavor is as pure as dried herbs will allow--much better than anything else store bought. One part of the directions caught me by surprise--the part where you add the vinegar last. I'm used to whisking the oil in slowly to emulsify the mustard.

This did not turn out well for me. Way to much vinegar thats all we could taste in it. I won't be making this dressing again

Yum! I didn't have onion powder, so I didn't add it. I added a bit of sugar because a local greek restaurant uses it in their dressing, and it was amazing! (I changed to recipe to 4 servings, which required 1/2 tsp of all of the spices, and I added 1/2 tsp of sugar)
