This is an easy, delicious dressing. I was looking for a dressing that tasted like a greek dressing in a restaurant. I do agree that it was a bit vinegar-y, and I like vinegar. Will use more olive oil next time. Also, I used fresh garlic and didn't have onion powder so I used a little onion salt instead.

This was very good, but I do agree with the other reviewers who used equal amounts of olive oil and vinegar. I'm glad I followed that tip because I believe as written the amount of vinegar would have been too overpowering. All in all it was a good dressing.

Couldnt decide on giving this a 3 or 4. It was eye squinting/lip puckering tart.It was just way to vinegar-y for my taste. I scaled it down to 15 and to be honest i think most of it will go to waste. Maybe I just prefer creamy dressings.I had gone to a greek restraunt and loved their dressing and thought i would try to make my own. This was not it. Sorry.

I scaled this back to 15, and it made the ingredients easy to manage. I just threw everything in the blender and it was fantastic.

I did not find anything special about this dressing in comparison to the one I personally whip up for Greek salads. I usually just throw in evoo + vinegar (white or red wine) + oregano. Not going to bother with preparing this again. Ok, looking at some of the comments I may try this with fresh garlic instead of powdered in the future and I will update my review then.

This dressing gets my kids to each lots of veggies every night. I don't add the mustard due to an allergy and use about a third of the red vinegar. It works great for a kabob marinade.

Made this for a party and it was a huge hit! Very vinegary... so if you like that you'll love it.

Delicious! I may never buy dressing from the store again, I love the bold flavor. I scaled it WAY down and made it in my magic bullet, using the emulsifying trick described by another reviewer. I didn't have red wine vinegar, so I used apple cider vinegar and it turned out wonderful.

This is a great oil and vinegar dressing.Full of flavour and you can play with the spices to suit your liking.I love the recipe as is and actually let it sit 24 hours before using. With crumbled feta it is awesome.

I was pretty scared about making this because of the quantity, but I followed the recipe to the T. OH! I am so glad I did. Everyone in my family, and people who came over recently for a dinner party raved about this dressing. No more store bought! I'm sold! Don't let the quantity discourage you. I could drink this stuff!

I've never made Greek/House Dressing before and I don't recall ever having it. I used this dressing for the Greek Chicken Pasta off Allrecipes to substitute the original dressing. I hope its good because I've made the Greek Chicken Pasta before and it seemed bland to me.
