The recipe on it's own is 4 star. The reason i'm rating it a 5 is because of it's versatility. I scaled the measurements down to 15 servings so that i could have a manageable amount. Put it in an empty pickle jar and left it on the countertop for easy use. Since making it i've used it not only as a salad dressing, but also as a marinade for grilled chicken, roasted veggies, and steak (with the addition of soy sauce). The steak was phenominal cooked to medium-well done.
