A great alternative to store bought dressings and the great thing about this one is NO SUGAR ADDED! Great recipe for diabetics or those that are watching their weight...

Awesome dressing. The only thing I changed was I swapped the amounts of olive oil and vinegar - my taste preference. Is great on salad and also good on grilled zucchini.

Oh yeah, this was great! At first I thought it was too oily, but after vigorously mixing the dressing and pouring it over my cucumber-tomato salad, it was just right. Thanks!

This dressing is awesome. I always have it on hand. I reduce the portion size to fit in a old bottle I have. Definitely recommended.

Wow. This made a great salad of leaf lettuce, ripe-from-the-garden tomatoes, black olives, and salad peppers. I did change the vinegar/oil ratio to equal parts and added some white sugar. It was fabulous.

I love greek food and this dressing makes for a great salad. I scaled it down to eight servings and made it in my italian dressing carafe. I used honey dijon mustard as it's what had on hand. I dumped all the dry ingredients in first followed by the oil and vinegar. A good shake was all that was needed. Even my 12 month old loved it. I'll def be keeping this on hand...

This dressing had to much vinegar for my taste and a bit salty. Adding more olive oil helped. I used this as a marinade for pork tenderloin and it was excellent.

Made this for a party and added it on the Mediterranean Potato Salad from this website, got rave reviews! I did use Extra virgin Olive oil, the smell of this stuff makes my mouth water...

I can't get enough of this dressing! I did, like others, use equal amounts of oil and vinegar, but I also tried something that everyone seems to love. Make the dressing exactly as in the recipe, but don't add the vinegar. Let it set a while, and it makes fantastic dipping oil for toasted Italian bread with your next pasta meal. When you're ready for salad dressing, combine equal portions of oil mixture and vinegar. YUM!!

This is a very good recipe - definitely a new staple. Only thing I needed to change was to add lemon - if it is greek, it has to have lemon in my world!
