The boys at my husband's workplace beg him almost daily to bring in more of these brownies! I first found this recipe to use up some self-rising flour, but feel they are even better with plain flour. They're quick and super-easy to make, and taste delicious! (Especially warm out of the oven with some vanilla ice cream!)
If you're wanting them a little more moist with a crunchy top, try making it with only one egg and a splash of milk.
