Anzac Biscuits with Macadamia Nuts

On Anzac Day every year, we pay homage, not only to the Anzacs, but to Australians who have fought in all wars. These biscuits are uniquely Australian and this recipe utilizes Macadamia Nuts, another Australian treasure.
