These muffins are a hit with the kids! I've made them (exact recipe) for two different pre-school classes and both times the teachers raved about them and said that even the pickiest kid in the class ate every bite. It doesn't get much better than that!

I also didn't have bran and used oatmeal( more appropriate name being an AOC muffin;) ) instead and added a streusel topping- tasted very much like an oatmeal cookie. Next time I'll add cinnamon and nutmeg to the batter.

I had high hopes after tasting the batter. followed recipe exactly and baked for 22 minutes. I bake different muffins @ least twice a week and this recipe produced some of the driest I've ever had. They crumbled apart at the bottom when removing them (pan was greased). Maybe if you use muffin liners you can salvage a whole muffin.

Loved them, kids loved them, and what could be better than nutritous and easy to make! I added a 1/2 cup of raisins this last time and they were great with that too. Think this will become a staple in our house.

These are definitely bran muffins - but better than expected. From the reviews, I thought they would be more cake like..mine were kind of falling apart even though I followed the directions exactly. Next time I'll probably add some nuts or raisins and up the cinnamon to 2 tablespoons.

I liked these muffins! Espically becase we made our own cake mix! We gave some to our friends and they really liked them and asked for the recipe. Very healthy muffins.

Like others have said. These are very easy and quite tasty. They could easily be transformed into cupcakes because they are sweet. A keeper!

Awesome. These are very easy to make and are quiet delicious. Not too sweet and very moist. I am going to make some with a streudel topping next time just to change things up. Thank You! This is going to become a regular in our home.
