This sauce makes for some excellent tasting ribs, but certainly would also be great on just about anything. It's a very basic combination of ingredients that will yield a tantalizingly great flavor.

This is a great basic BBQ sauce our family got from a fireman friend. It has a nice zing from some horseradish. We've used it on everything from chicken to meatloaf! This is also great to increase the servings, bottle it up and refrigerate for multiple uses.

This is a very simple Carolina style vinegar based BBQ sauce. A friend of the family gave us this recipe several years ago and after a few tweaks and additions, this is the best BBQ sauce that I've ever had. You combine all of the ingredients and then enjoy. This is easily scaled up or down.

Lemon juice, mustard, ketchup, hot pepper sauce, and a few other easy ingredients are simmered for about 30 minutes before emerging as a delicious barbecue sauce for chicken, beef or pork.

Mustard Based BBQ Sauce

This is a great version of the traditional mustard based bbq sauce. Most sauces are ketchup based, but in the South we prefer the mustard variation. You oughta try it at least once.

A slightly sweet and oh so tasty barbeque sauce that will have you licking your plate. The combination of ingredients is so simple, you'll be shocked. It's great for coating chicken or ribs, mixing with plain noodles or on top of white or yellow rice.

Southern BBQ Sauce

This recipe makes a loose barbeque sauce that can be brushed on during cooking. Also can be used as a marinade. We use it when we cook a whole pig.

The name says it all. This tasty and different sauce is a snap to whip up. Onion soup mix is combined with ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire. It cooks up sweet and thick and with a definite taste of onion. Great on just-barbecued steak.
