"Artichokes and canned vegetables combine for an easy steak dish to make for any occasion. Most of the ingredients will be found in your pantry. If you don't have artichokes, use mushrooms. This dish is very forgiving! Serve with rice, noodles, or even spaghetti."

all-purpose flour, or as needed
1 (14 ounce) can
artichoke hearts, chopped and juice reserved
roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
1/2 (4 ounce) can
chopped green chiles
Yummm! I added a whole can of diced chilis and used a red bell pepper cut up rather than roasted peppers. I must say this isn't a pretty dish but so tender and good!
We loved it. I added a can of mushrooms, I aalso used fresh veggie bone broth, and alot of garlic. Will do again
