Super Easy & Delicious! I actually overcooked it a little, and it was still a 5!

Made it at my moms house last night for the 1st time- very tasty. A little too pale for the family, but it was gone in a heartbeat! Would definetely make it again. Paired it w/some yellow rice & sausage and green salad. Suggest seasoning the chicken prior to cooking it & slicing the chicken to make it thinner, but cooked in a flash- no burned meat here LOL!

Smells good when cooking. I added BBQ sauce to dip the chicken in when eating.

Talk about a lot of butter! This was a good recipe but the two problems were way to much butter and it burned. Next time I will try non fat italian dressing instead of butter and simmering in chicken broth after browning. This was extremely greasy.

I made this for the first time yesterday and it was gobbled up. I took the advice of MAMAJUDD and made the gravy, she was definitely right when saying that the gravy just makes the chicken. How can you go wrong when you get up all the bits from the pan and make them into gravy to put over the chicken and mashed potatoes (in our case). This is definitely a keeper, so easy to make and absolutely delicious. My son did comment that "the spice was ok" but he refused to try it with the gravy.

My husband gave it a 3, 10 year old a 4. I liked it. I followed others suggestions and dusted with flour and used chicken broth. At the end I add more broth and cooked down and added some corn start. I served with no yolk egg noodles. I will try it again.

With so many great reviews, I figured how could I go wrong with this recipe? I wasn't disappointed - it's great! I read most of the reviews and here's what I did - coated the chicken with flour and the mixture of spices by shaking it in a plastic bag. I browned it in butter and a little olive oil, then immediately added about 1 cup of chicken broth. Lowered the heat and continued cooking (uncovered) until the broth had reduced almost completely. At that point the chicken was perfectly cooked, moist and juicy. I served over egg noodle dumplings and poured the pan juices over all. I've also prepared this using freshly breaded pork loins. I added the seasonings to 1 cup of chicken broth and poured over the browned pork, simmering uncovered until the sauce had reduced. A delicious entree, also.

I made this tonight for my family. I didn't have any onion powder on hand so I used onion salt. It turned out really good and my 2.5 year old and 5 year old ate it up. My only suggestion is to cook it longer on lower heat. I cooked it on #4 on the stove and it still burned a bit. I cooked the breasts for 10 mins on each side.

Really good! Used others suggestions: rubbed seasonings on chicken, sprinkled with flour and rubbed in right before putting in the pan, and used a tablespoon of butter with olive oil in the pan. I also added a little chicken stock to help it cook. Delicious!

This is quite good, especially considering how easy it is. I kept the lid on the pan, so the juices didn't boil off, and I think this helped keep it tender.

Very good! Reminds me a lot of "Chicken on the Barbie" from Outback Steakhouse. I didn't have garlic powder so I just smashed a clove of garlic with the back of my knife and let it warm up along with a butter/olive oil combination in the pan. Then when they got kinda soft and oil was hot I took them out so they wouldn't burn and ruin the flavor. I did make a pan gravy from flour, milk, and added pepper. Wasn't entirely necessary though, the chicken was so flavorful. Next time I will probably serve with BBQ sauce on the side and probably won't do a pan sauce. I'll probably add some cayenne to the salt/powder mix to spice it up a bit.

This was delicious and smelled great while cooking. I sliced the breasts so they were pretty thin to eliminate the "too chickeny" taste. Definitely a keeper in this house.

I put the seasoning mixture on the chicken prior to cooking it. After it was nicely browned I added 1 cup of chicken broth. Tasted good. I'd have given it a 5 if it had mentioned adding water or broth to prevent burning...

Easy, quick and with so few ingredients I am sure to have everything to make this dish. My kids and husband thought it was good but none of us were wowed by it. I think I will try it again and make the sauce that so many other people have tried.

As per other reviews, I used fresh garlic and onion. After browning the chicken on both sides, I poured some chicken broth and let it reduce on medium. Boyfriend seemed to like it a lot!

The best recipe ever! The family sucked down and asked for more. So much for leftovers for lunch. I added chicken broth and flour to make a sauce to pour over the chicken and our mashed potatoes. This tasted like it came from an upscale restaurant.
