I am not a great cook so the brown crust that I got around the chicken surprised me-I thought I burned it. But when me and my roomate tasted it we were extremely impressed! So juicey! Even my 6 year old son loved it and usually dinner time is a battle, this time he ate it all up, no complaining!!

I chose to make this recipe in my cooking lab at school. We didn't have the seasoning salt so we just used regular salt. The chicken turned out moist and yummy. I made it at home also, but I used a couple of fresh garlic cloves which made it even better.

So delicious! It makes the kitchen smell heavenly and it is SO quick and easy. I agree that making the gravy is the BEST part of this dish! You HAVE to have it with mashed potatoes! YUM!

Oh my goodness, this was good! This is definitely going to be a staple in our home. Also, I used the recipe for D's Skillet Gravy (I didn't have any chicken stock and wanted a recipe calling for water). Yummy!

This is a very good and easy chicken recipe. It's perfect for those evenings when i need something easy for dinner. I took the advice of other reviews and made a gravy from what's left in the pan and served it over noodles! YUM!

This is great for all ages and so simple, I also added a can of chicken broth and made a paste with flour for gravy and let it simmer for awhile, I also breaded the chicken first. it was fast and good.

I followed this recipe, and tossed in half a diced onion and some minced garlic, and it was really dry and bland. I was really disappointed. I don't understand why this has gotten such high reviews!

I made this almost exactly as the directions said to (I added 1 cup of chicken broth and let it simmer in there, per someone else's comment) and my family LOVED it! I thought it was pretty good, my husband said, "this is the BEST chicken I have ever had!"... wow! I was happy that it was made with things that I had in my pantry already. VERY fast, easy, and handy- thanks!!!!
