Thanks this recipe was great and very easy. I also made the gravy another reviewer recommended and it came out great. Served with mashed potatoes and veggies. Very yummy!! Will make again!!

This chicken was amazing! My hubby who usually bickers about eating chicken even liked it. I made the gravy as one review suggested, in the same pan and it was the best gravy I've ever made. (I'm not very good at gravy, but this was easy and delicious!)

This is great and so easy and fast. I did use an entire stick of butter though, and I liked it better because soaking in the butter made it so juicy! Good for when you need to throw something together for the family quickly!

Delish! I didn't use the seasoning salt, but instead just regular salt and pepper. I also added a little bit of worchestershire sauce as someone else suggested. Perfect combination! Pounding the chicken first, also made it cook quick and it turned out wonderfully moist and tasty!

I took suggestions from other reviewers and used 1/4 onion and 2 teaspoons minced garlic, sauteed them for a little before setting the chicken in, and it came out great! We loved this recipe and will be making it again and again!

Absolute perfect recipe that can be made with common ingredients found around the house. Tastes delicious and flavorful, without a ton of work and effort. Follow the suggestions of other reviewers and try to punch it up a little with gravy, or additional seasonings. It's a great basic recipe that can be modified to suit individual tastes with the addition of a few ingredients. This chicken is among my go to recipes for when I'm short on time and not sure what to make.

This recipe is simple and excellent. The butter and garlic powder blend very nicely and your chicken comes out looking tastey slightly golden. Super simple and effective. I make this very often now.

Awesome quick dinner. I followed other reviewers advice and after browning I added a can of chicken stock and then thickened up the sauce with a little flour. Served over egg noddles.

Very good flavor but a bit too salty. I used real onions but stuck with the garlic powder. Next time I will use less salt seasoning.

Instead of using garlic powder & onion powder I used 3 tbsp of minced garlic and I sauteed 1/2 onion slivers on the side. I didn't make a gravy like most of the other reviewers did, I just topped the chicken with the onions. I believe fresh is always better--- BUT the simplicity of this dish makes me give it 5 stars.

First of all, I can't believe this is really a 5 star recipe as simple as it looks, but low and behold, it surely is!!!! I changed it just a bit as I had some leftovers I had to use up. I fried up about 6 strips of bacon, removed them, crumbled them and added a bit of butter to the grease. Combined the spices and rubbed them into the chicken and then fried in the butter/bacon grease. The "guy" wanted gravy so I just added a can of chicken broth and a bit of flour; then stirred in the crumbled bacon bits. Oh m'gosh - you MUST try this! Thank you SO much for an easy recipe. I've made this 3 times in 3 weeks as I keep having a "craving"!

My husband and sons loved it! I followed the advice simmer it. I simmered it in white wine and chicken broth for 30 min. I made a gravy to go with it. I added minced onion and garlic to the gravy and everyone asked for seconds. Too easy

I decided to try this out and found that the seasonings were ok, but just using salt and pepper ONLY on a boneless skinless chicken thigh (taking out the excess fat w/ knife) and using butter on the pan makes the skin nice and crisp,JUICY inside, and the BEST CHICKEN EVER. No need for other seasonings...but to make gravy, scraped bits w/ flour, butter and REAL garlic, now THAT's what makes a good seasoning! Never tried butter to fry the chicken before, thanx for the idea!
