Super quick and easy and quite tasty. I sauteed some red peppers with this as well and had it with garlic mashed potatoes. Ate the cold chicken as leftovers the next day on a green salad with slivered almonds and apple pieces.

One of the best and easiest recipes I have made for dinner in a long time. I decided to use extra virgin olive oil instead of the butter/margarine. I also added some fresh minced garic and allowed it to brown in the heated oil before I placed the chicken in the skillet. I added the chicken to the olive oil/garlic mixture and placed half of the dry ingredients on top of the chicken. After allowing the chickenn to brown for about 5 minutes I turned it over and added the other half of the dry ingredients to the other side of the chicken. It turned out absolutely marvelous. My boyfriend gave it rave reviews!! I served the chicken with a fresh grape tomato and mozzarella salad and French bread. Looking forward to making this again!!

this was really good. We made with cuts of chicken tenders and added a bit more garlic. Really fast and healthy.

I liked the idea of this, but it was so ungodly salty, it was a good thing I had some rice to cut it. I wouldn't consider frying in butter a healthy option (baking in the oven takes the same amount of time and much less work), but the one thing I did like about the chicken was that it was very moist, despite having the saltiness of jerky.

This was great! My very picky kids loved it! I did add fresh garlic and cooked the chicken in chicken broth until done then I made a gravy from the cooked chicken broth. I will cook this again! :)

I have cooked my chicken very simelar to this for years. Except I always cut chicken into chunks (Size depending on the recipe i put chicken into). I have never had to add anying liquids. My family's favorite way is to after chicken is cooked through, add 1 can of Cream of Mushroom and 1 can of Cream of Chicken, simmer, serve with mashed potatoes, pasta or rice.

I give this a 4.5! It's very good, fast, and easy. The only thing I will change next time is to reduce the seasoning salt (by at least 1/2). I served this with the "Balsamic Cream Sauce" over fettucine. A definite keeper!

This is ok. It is a basic recipe, one similiar to what I've used for a long time, but needs a little more zing. Except that I don't pan fry much because of cals and added fats; I've always used water to keep chicken from burning. Took a tip and duh used chicken broth and worked much better.

Very easy. Not bad. I would use more garlic though next time. I baked mine in the oven and used non stick spray. I'm sure it would have tasted better in the skillet with loads of butter, but for how I fixed it it came out fine. The family liked this dish.

As a relative novice on a college student budget, this is a wonderful start recipe. It's cheap, easy, and I actually had the ingredients on hand. Next time, I'm totally making that gravy.

I took the advice of another reviewer and browned the chicken then added chicken broth and cooked over medium heat until done. I made a roux by mixing approximately 1 c. cold water with 1 TBSP. then adding it to the remaining chicken broth. The chicken ended up being VERY moist. I served this over spaghetti noodles, but will try serving over mashed potatoes next time (just didn’t feel like making them this time around :) ).
