"Fast easy and tasty with as much heat as you want. I don't like mine too highly mashed. I like some avocado chunks to remain. If you want more heat, add all of the jalapeno seeds and/or more jalapenos."

2 (10 ounce) cans
diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®)
diced red onion
jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
salt and ground black pepper to taste

A great basic recipe for Guacamole. I did use fresh tomatoes this time around, but in the winter when I can't get them, I'm sure the canned will do just fine.
Great, easy recipe! Most ingredients are on hand at our house, we used it when we ran out of store bought guacamole and still had more chips, we won't be buying store bought anymore. Way to easy to do this.
