Yum! I also added a squeeze of lemon, for a little extra flavor. No need to use the processor - just mash it all up with a fork and you're good to go!

This was a super speedy, very tasty guacamole. I like last minute recipes that work out so well. I added diced tomatoes and lime juice.

Very good! I mashed with a fork, rather than using the food processor. Added a small squeeze of lemon juice. Will be making this often! Thanks for sharing this recipe! I have been making this quite a bit lately and have been adding fresh lime juice. This doubles and triples very well! Fool proof! VERY GOOD!

Very tasty & easy. Use a really good quality hot sauce & a squirt of fresh lime. I also use more garlic.

So, I won't touch the stuff, but I made it for my friend's Super Bowl party. This is the first time I have ever tried, but I don't think it will be the last. This is SO easy to make. From the folks that know how this stuff should taste: just add about 1/4 of a lime's worth of juice. I had cilantro on hand, but chose not to add it sheerly for the fact that I didn't know how much is too much. Good recipe from what I'm told. Thanks for sharing!

Great! Only change is to add a squirt of lemon juice and mash with a fork instead of the food processor (we like it chunky and I hate washing dishes).

Easy and tasty. I did not use the food processor for this as I agree that chunky is better in the case of guacamole. The salsa was a nice touch although this recipe is not complete. It needed a bit of lime juice and definitely some fresh cilantro. Not a bad starter recipe though.

Nice recipe even though I'm not a fan of the creamy guacamole. I just used a fork to mash up the avocado, mixing it with finely chopped sweet onions and a clove of garlic, and about spoonful-and-a-half of Pace HOT salsa. My girlfriend claims she's never going to make her version again!

This was my first attempt at homemade guacamole. I will never do store bought again! I doubled this recipe except did 1 1/2 tsp. of salt (should have been 2 tsp. per double recipe). I think 1 tsp. would have been fine. I also added the juice of 1 lemon. I did not use a food processor, just my potato masher. Perfect consistency! This was awesome! I didn't have a drop left over. I will be making this again!

This is an excellent guacamole. I mashed the avocado with a fork, added the other ingredients and then I squeezed an eighth of a lime into the guacamole. A friend who joined us for dinner said that he liked the green stuff.

A good start, but authentic guac is never this pasty. Skip processor and mash with a couple of forks....add a tablespoon each of chopped cilantro and sweet onion,

One of those recipes where simple is best. This brings out the flavor of the avocado nicely, without being overly complex. Tastes great on tacos or with chips.

Quick, easy and delicious. I love the tablespoon of salsa--it made it look like professional guac! I mashed the avocado with a fork rather than using a food processor it it was great. I will definitely make this again.
