Before topping this dish with the cracker-crumb mixture, I added shredded cheddar cheese. It seemed to make a huge difference.

My family found this extremely bland. However, will probably taste good as left overs in an omelet with cheese and picante sauce.

This was pretty good, i would make it again. I took advice and tripled the spices and i added green peppers.

Followed the other reviewers advice and doubled the worchestershire sauce and the hot sauce. Used a drained can of diced tomatos instead of fresh. Served with sour cream and whole wheat tortilla's. We found it to be a good quick ingredients-already-on-hand recipe.

This was very good. I had ground beef thawing and I didn't know what to make with it so I tried this site and found your recipe to be quick and easy and I had all the ingredients in my closet and frig. I took the others suggestions and doubled the worshire and hot sauce and it was perfect. We also ate it with the sour cream and we were pleasantly surprised at just how good this really was. Thanks!

My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. Very colorful and nutricious. I liked the fact it used fresh tomatoes, which usually I am not fond of but was excellent in this. Definetly a keeper. Thanks for posting.

My husband loved it and can't wait to take it in his lunch Monday as leftovers. I found it a bit bland and will probably double the seasoning next time. Definitely a good dish.
