Very good.. love the flavor of the broth. We put cilantro and Itialian parsley in because we had it. Complemented the soup well. Next time we will add some protein. That's the only thing missing.

Good and super healthy~ I made the mistake of adding noodles and cooking longer though.. next time will add them right before eating so they arent mushy..

Husband loved this. I left out the cabbage but did everything else the same. Be careful not to overdo it on the pasta because then it turns into a pasta soup...although that did help fill the boys up.

Loved it! Left out the spinach, since we're not big spinach fans. I used a quart of beef stock I had in the freezer, instead of the water/bouillon. I'd add more stock next time to make it soupier. I also added ground beef as another review mentioned, to make it a more filling meal. I'll add some corn next time too.

Good soup - very thick. Left out the spinach. I will probably fix this again, it was quick and easy to put together.

This was so easy and delicious! I used chicken bouillon instead of beef, no celery or cabbage, and lots of carrots, tomatoes, onion, and garlic. It was a great way to use spinach that was about to go bad and it was so healthy! I also used Italian seasoning and olive oil instead of veg. oil. Delicious! Going to make it again tonight, actually!
