Question: (4 answers)

As some of you know, I'm trying to start my own catering and personal chef business. Ive been looking for a regular job for 2 years now after college with no luck, so I decided to take control of my life and plant my own seeds, build my own doors, create my own luck, ect... For now I just need some advice on whether to use my own name or make up a name, like MsPcatering? I will open a website later and I'll have to call it whatever I call my business so that people recognize both easily. I got a local artist to help me with the logo and business cards, but anyway. I also want to know if you guys think I should register as a sole proprietorship or LLC, ect...? Any tips will be appreciated. Any caterers, restaurant owners, food service workers, or personal chefs out there reading this with any advice?

Too much bad weather going around. This weekend should hopefully warm up for most? So, we need comfort food.... like Grandma’s comfort food to get us through. Go to your Recipe Box and type the word GRANDMA in the Search Box... Please post either one of the recipes you have made or the one(s) you would like to try. Here is mine...

Recently I read/added a recipe that calls for small curd cottage cheese. 'Think I can find it? If you said "yes," you'd be less than right. :( It was (southern) Italian, probably with a red sauce, main dish; also had Italian or mozzarella cheese. 'Unlikely it had meat. "Search" didn't help. Ideas? :)

I am trying to locate the Pork recipe that was emailed in the last few weeks. The recipe calls for it to be cooked in a open-proof pan and it goes in the oven for the last step of the recipe. HELP!!! I wanted to cook it tonight!
