I need help! Tomorrow is Easter and I still don't know what im making....I have about 4 lbs of sliced ham, im thinking some kind of pasta dish or casserole, not sure I want to do sandwiches, im leaning more toward a casserole or cold pasta dish, ideas? OR perhaps something that doesn't even involve ham? im just basically needing any ideas lol Thanks

Hi everyone! I need your help once again... This time I have a refrigerated fully cooked Boston Butt (help the feral cats!). I want to pull it and remove as much fat as possible. Will it be easier to pull cold or should I reheat the whole thing and then pull it (obviously with forks and gloves)? And does anyone have a great vinegary-type bbq sauce that leans to the tomato side rather than the mustard side? Is that the N. Carolina style?

Two Questions....1.) I am going to be making quite a few cupcakes for a fund raiser. How far in advance can I make the cupcakes (unfrosted) if I keep them covered and in the refrigerator?. 2.) Does anyone have recipe(s) for bought cake mix that they doctor up for cupcakes? I'm going to make homemade frosting but thought I'd use a mix for the cupcakes. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know if there is a problem with using older white melting chocolate? I don't know how old these pieces are, and I'd like to use them. Look fine, no discoloration. Anyone? Thanks!
