Georgia Peach is looking for: (4 answers)
Hi! This Georgia girl needs help in figuring out what to do with some fresh Hatch Chilies she received (Big Jims). I roasted and chopped some (are they supposed to be mushy?), roasted and froze some whole in plastic bags, and have a few left which are about 50%-60% red. What I would like is some sort of simple sauce to spoon over food (maybe with vinegar added?), but I don’t want it to have tomatoes in it unless that is necessary. So, any ideas on how to use these famous peppers (the simpler the better).
