I made some hot pepper jelly and it has failed to jell. Can I re-cook it with more pectin to make it jell? If so, how much pectin do I use for 10 half-pint jars of jelly? This was a lot of work and quite expensive to just throw it out so I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
