Making a Creamy Tomato Potato veggie soup. Thing is I'm not crazy about milk in my soups. Can I just use more chicken broth & leave out the soup? The soup is on this site. My soup is 2 cups of sautéed onion,carrot,celery,4 cloves minced garlic, 3 onions chopped, then 5 cups small chopped potatoes. Add 2 -28oz. cans diced tomatoes with juice, 1/4 cup of tomato paste, oregano, parsley, pepper. Will leaving out the milk ruin this? Thanks!!!
